TIFFANY PROM DRESS COMPETITION

1) There is one prize of a Tiffany Prom dress style number 1691001 available in eith Silver and Hot Pink or Silver and Azure. It is available in sizes 4 - 18

2) The dress will be sent to the winners home address. The prize does not include altering the dress to fit the winner. The fit is at the winners own cost

3) It is a condition of entry that the winner be a subscriber to the OurProm newsletter at the time of the draw

4) The competition drawer will take place at 12 noon on Friday, March 26th 2010. The winner will be notified by email the same day. If the winner does not reply to OurProm within one week, the competition will be redrawn and a new winner announced

5) It is a condition of entry that the winner will be available to be photographed inthe winning Tiffany Prom dress and their name and school be used for publicity purposes. No reference will be made to the winners home address other thanuse of the town name

DYNASTY PROM DRESS COMPETITION

1. Open to residents of the UK aged 15 or over only, except employees and their immediate families of Dynasty, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion

2. A maximum of one entry per person

3. Entries must be the original work of the entrant. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entries at any time during the competition which they believe do not comply with these requirements or any other condition of entry

4. Entries must be received by 5.30 on Monday March 1^st 2010

5. All valid entries will be assessed by the judges by Friday March 5^th 2010

6. The winners prom night must be after Sunday May 14^th 2010

7. Any costs associated with taking part in the competition shall be the responsibility of the entrant

8. The judging panel will consist of representatives of Dynasty UK and OurProm.net

9. The following criteria will be considered by the judges when selecting the best entries for the ‘design a dress’ element of the competition: a) an innovative and eye catching design b) the use of colour and materials c) creative merit and originality d) whether the design can be successfully reproduced by Dynasty UK as a prom outfit

10. The winner of the ‘design a dress’ element of the competition will be notified by e-mail and will win a travel paid trip to London with one friend to meet with the Dynasty design team and to be measured for the dress. The dress will then be created as a ‘one-off’ for the winner in time for their 2010 prom. The winning design will also be featured on the OurProm.net website

11. ‘7 question survey’: 3 completed surveys will be selected at random on Tuesday March 2^nd at 12 noon. The first to be picked will be notified by e-mail and invited with one friend to a travel paid trip to London to meet with Dynasty and select one prom dress to be fitted and presented in time for their 2010 prom night. Two further runners up will each select one item of jewellery from the Dynasty range. These will be sent by registered post

12. By entering the competition and survey entrants agree to the these conditions of entry: a) their design may be featured on OurProm.net b) all competition entries become the property of Dynasty and the entrant assigns all intellectual and design rights subsisting in such design to Dynasty c)the entrants design is not copied from anyone else’s work and that their design is their sole and original work (with the exception of any images they use to illustrate the colour, texture, embellishments etc. used to show how their design might look) d) if they are chosen as a competition winner, they hereby waive all moral and similar rights in their design to the fullest extent possible e)if they are chosen as a competition winner, they will have no rights in their design whatsoever e)they will provide all consents, assignments and waivers (written or otherwise) requested by Dynasty to give legal effect to the foregoing and also provide the consent of a parent or guardian where such consent is required by law and f) failure to provide the relevant consents, assignments or waivers requested by Dynasty will disqualify the completion winner, and a different competition winner will be chosen in their place

13. OurProm cannot accept responsibility for entries lost or delayed whether or not arising from postal strikes, vandalism or other causes outside its control. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt

14. All entries become the property of Dynasty and cannot be acknowledged or returned

15. The winner agrees to take part in any post publicity for the competition that may be organised by the Promoters and in any news media activities surrounding the competition or in any promotional literature for 2010/2011

16. The names and countries of the winner(s) are available by sending an SAE to OurProm, TCC House, 86 Broomfield Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1SS

17. Prize details are as specified in the competition. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative

18. English law will govern the competition and terms and conditions of this agreement.
